AADAC residential sites and offices, AADAC executive and staff, AADAC funded agencies, government departments, professional associations, non-profit societies, private companies and the general public.

Department Description

• provides adult residential detoxification and gambling stabilization services at AADAC Recovery Centre  in Edmonton, Northern Addictions Centre in Grande Prairie, and Renfrew Recovery Centre in Calgary
• provides adult residential treatment services at Henwood Treatment Centre in Edmonton, Northern Addictions Centre in Grande Prairie, and Lander Treatment Centre in Claresholm
• operates a Business and Industry Clinic designed to address the needs of workplace referrals
• provides specialized tobacco cessation programs at Henwood Treatment Centre  and Lander Treatment Centre
• provides a specialized Gambling Treatment Program at Northern Addictions Centre
• identifies addictions treatment best practice approaches and initiatives to be considered for implementation at service delivery sites
• provides information regarding AADAC's policies, programs and services to staff and the public
• responds to opportunities for collaboration with a variety of community-based services (e.g., Health Regions)
• project-manages assigned provincial initiatives
