Department Description

• plans, develops and maintains a common computer-based communication foundation to exchange information across AADAC and to other government agencies
• manages AADAC’s communications infrastructure by evaluating, implementing and servicing relevant computer hardware and software
• develops and maintains Information Technology standards that help achieve communication goals and meet staff needs
• facilitates systems development according to corporate standards
• supports AADAC services by ensuring that customer needs are accurately identified, reasonable project plans are developed, and time and budget targets are met
• provides substantive links between Information Technology initiatives and AADAC's Corporate Business Plan
