This series offers basic information related to substance use and gambling in the workplace.

Manual for Leaders

The It's Our Business series also includes Addressing Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling in the Workplace, a comprehensive 10-part manual for workplace leaders. This manual was designed to help supervisors better understand the kinds of problems employee substance use and gambling can cause in the workplace, and to help them deal with these problems effectively. The information is applicable to both small businesses and large corporations, and is adaptable to different supervisory styles and levels of experience.
